By adopt­ing an OER pol­icy, the Uni­ver­sity of Bre­men is actively posi­tion­ing itself in favor of free access to edu­ca­tion and knowl­edge and set­ting clear frame­work con­di­tions for the use of open edu­ca­tional mate­ri­als in teach­ing. We would like to take this as an oppor­tu­nity to give employ­ees and stu­dents of the uni­ver­sity an overview of the cur­rent sta­tus of the estab­lish­ment of Open Edu­ca­tional Resources in the uni­ver­sity sec­tor and to intro­duce them to the fea­tures and func­tions of the OER por­tal www.twillo.de for find­ing and pub­lish­ing OER. After­wards, we would like to engage in a Q&A ses­sion with the par­tic­i­pants and clar­ify their indi­vid­ual ques­tions.

The online event is orga­nized and man­aged by the Uni­ver­sity of Bre­men and the Tech­ni­cal Infor­ma­tion Library. It is free of charge for all par­tic­i­pants.
