About the Digital Day 2026
Digital Day is a nationwide day of action that promotes digital participation and brings people together to make digitalization understandable and tangible. With numerous events and hands-on activities, it sets an example for an open, accessible and competent digital society. twillo is also taking part in 2026 with an open advisory service on all aspects of digital education.
Advice from twillo
What does “open” mean in the education sector and what should be considered when using, reusing or publishing digital materials? The twillo-Thursday opens its virtual door as part of the Digital Day and offers a free, low-threshold online consultation on precisely these questions.
The consultation hour offers space for exchange and individual questions that can be asked spontaneously verbally or via chat. The aim is to create confidence and promote a responsible, sustainable and open approach to digital educational content. A key feature of the format is the support provided by a fully qualified lawyer, so that legal issues — such as copyright or open licenses — can be dealt with directly. Participants thus receive reliable guidance without having to work their way through complex legal regulations themselves.
