The con­fer­ence Geo4Göttingen 2025 is hap­pen­ing Sep­tem­ber 14th to 18th, 2025 at the Georg.August-University Göt­tin­gen. We are pleased to announce that this year twillo in col­lab­o­ra­tion with Co-woerk will be giv­ing a work­shop aimed at famil­iar­ize the com­mu­nity of geo and earth sci­ences with the basics of OER and OEP.

The Geo4Göttingen is a unique con­fer­ence that brings together researchers from the geo and earth sci­ences from all over the world. twillo and the brandenburgian/ schleswig-hol­stein­ian project “Com­mu­nity for knowl­edge trans­fer OER: Net­work of edu­ca­tors (co-woerk)” are invited to intro­duce the ben­e­fits of OER and pro­mote Open Edu­ca­tional Prac­tices (OEP) and com­mu­nity build­ing. Along­side the fos­ter­ing of a pos­i­tive mind­set on OER-cre­ation, par­tic­i­pants are encour­aged to try upload­ing and pub­lish­ing their OER on twillo, hands-on.
