The OER Symposium 2024 is organized by the office of the Open Resources
Campus Nordrhein-Westfalen ( ORCA.nrw for short) in cooperation with the ORCA.nrw state portal network.

The motto of this year's symposium is Exchange - Networking - Community. It brings together teachers from the specialist communities for an exchange of experience and knowledge on Open Educational Resources. Teachers from NRW who are currently implementing extensive OER projects themselves will report on their practical experience and present OER projects from six different subject areas. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to take part in workshops on various topics such as the transformative design of university teaching, storytelling, AI and OER and the creation and discovery of open educational resources.
