With the twilloHub initiative, the TIB would like to promote the federal policy objective of establishing cross-state OER infrastructures. As part of the #Freiraum25 format, we would like to discuss the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and risks of these efforts for teaching, the individual federal states and our democracy with interested parties.
