On twillo you can publish digital educational materials from all university subject groups and fields of study, including interdisciplinary materials. The prerequisite is that the materials are available under a Creative Commons, GNU, MIT or Apache license.
In the following, we describe the twillo collection profile in more detail in order to promote transparency:
Materials that are used in university teaching are welcome, from individual materials to complex, didactically prepared structures, e.g.
- self-contained teaching and learning objects, e.g. worksheets, presentations, lecture recordings, explanatory videos, scripts, sample exams or quizzes incl. Solutions
- Lessons or entire courses, such as MOOCs, web-based training, learning games, exercises, self-study materials
- Tools or tools, such as Git repositories, code for programs, software applications, simulations, apps
Materials without open licensing and materials that are not suitable for use in university teaching and learning settings are not included, e.g.
- Advertising or marketing materials,
- Patents, standards,
- Conference reports, research reports, dissertations
- individual images that have no didactic framing or accompanying materials for teaching/learning settings
