Conciliation procedure
If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above-mentioned contact option, you can submit an application to the conciliation body set up by the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Lower Saxony to initiate conciliation proceedings in accordance with the Lower Saxony Disability Equality Act (NBGG).
