But what about access to the digital world? The <a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vbib.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#vBIB24<\/a> is dedicated to the major topic of DIGITAL PARTICIPATION. In addition to many different workshops that are strongly geared towards interaction, there will be two keynotes by <a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vbib.net\/vbib24-speaker-innen\/detail\/tobias-roppelt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tobias Roppelt<\/a><a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/gehirngerecht.digital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(Gehirngerecht Digital<\/a>) and <a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vbib.net\/vbib24-speaker-innen\/detail\/anne-sophie-waag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anne-Sophie Waag<\/a><a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wikimedia.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(Wikimedia<\/a> \/ <a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hs-fresenius.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hochschule Fresenius<\/a>)   \n\nIn the <strong>interactive twillo workshop<\/strong>, participants can use small case studies to practice <strong>enriching open educational materials (OER) with AI in a legally compliant<\/strong> manner. AI tools can enhance open educational materials (OER for short) many times over with little effort. The following questions will be addressed in the workshop:  \n<ul>\n \t<li>Is AI even legally compatible with OER?<\/li>\n \t<li>Are AI products protected by copyright?<\/li>\n \t<li>Can AI output be openly licensed?<\/li>\n \t<li>What is allowed from a copyright perspective and what is not?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nIn this session, we will use small cases (scenarios) to practice together how to use AI tools to create OER in compliance with copyright law. After a short input on legal aspects of AI use, we will go through typical application scenarios of OER creation with AI in groups and then discuss them in plenary.
