But what needs to be considered from a legal perspective? What rules apply to the integration of third-party OER or their mixing with your own content? How does the integration influence your own choice of license? And what about materials that are not openly licensed?    \n\nIn this free legal workshop, you will learn how the legally compliant creation and use of OER works in practice. Particular attention will be paid to the question of how third-party materials can be used in your own OER in accordance with copyright law.
