Quality control of OER through AI? From testing to prompt catalog<\/h4>\r\n

To what extent can AI promote the quality of (open) educational materials? Which requirements and criteria for materials can be cross-checked with AI\u2014and does this apply equally to different formats?<\/p>\r\n

We have developed seven quality criteria<\/a> that can be used to evaluate open educational resources (OER) \u2013 although there is no universal definition of quality for educational materials. After a brief introduction to the quality criteria, participants work in small groups to develop suitable prompts or test prepared formulations that can be used to instruct common AI chatbots to evaluate educational materials. The focus is on determining which prompt formulations are suitable for obtaining a comprehensible and reliable assessment of the quality of the material.<\/p>\r\n

Different AI chatbots are used to compare their suitability for AI-supported quality checks.
