The rea\u00adson for this is that Microsoft\u2019s terms of use only per\u00admit the use of this cre\u00adative con\u00adtent (such as icons, images, graph\u00adics) within Microsoft 365 appli\u00adca\u00adtions and in the files exported from them (e.g. Pow\u00ader\u00adPoint pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtions, PDF export) for shar\u00ading or pub\u00adli\u00adca\u00adtion.<\/p>\n\n
An open license (e.g. Cre\u00adative Com\u00admons) refers to the entire work and would also allow third par\u00adties to reuse the Microsoft assets it con\u00adtains as they wish. How\u00adever, this is not per\u00admit\u00adted because Microsoft expressly pro\u00adhibits this fur\u00adther use out\u00adside the Microsoft envi\u00adron\u00adment and out\u00adside the orig\u00adi\u00adnal file: <\/p>\n\n
