An OER pol\u00adicy adopted by the uni\u00adver\u00adsity man\u00adage\u00adment, which explic\u00aditly allows open licens\u00ading and includes sup\u00adport struc\u00adtures, offers teach\u00aders impor\u00adtant guid\u00adance. It also pro\u00admotes trans\u00adparency. The process was sup\u00adported by Cam\u00adpus\u00adDi\u00addak\u00adtik<\/em> at Emden\/Leer Uni\u00adver\u00adsity of Applied Sci\u00adences. The twillo team\u2019s sam\u00adple OER pol\u00adicy<\/a>, which was cre\u00adated under the lead\u00ader\u00adship of Yulia Chalina (ELAN e.V.) in the Legal Sup\u00adport<\/em> work\u00ading area, served as a help\u00adful sup\u00adport tool for the cre\u00adation of the guide\u00adline in close coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion with other active play\u00aders in the field. <\/p>\n\n The pro\u00adto\u00adtype model OER pol\u00adicy was pre\u00adsented to the Exec\u00adu\u00adtive Board as a tem\u00adplate in spring 2021. The instru\u00adment was used to explore which aspects and focal points are rel\u00ade\u00advant for the uni\u00adver\u00adsity. The next step was to allow room for feed\u00adback with the involve\u00adment of the rel\u00ade\u00advant depart\u00adments. The pol\u00adicy was adopted by the Exec\u00adu\u00adtive Board in June 2021. <\/p>\n\n The struc\u00adture of the sam\u00adple OER pol\u00adicy was empha\u00adsized as par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlarly help\u00adful: in the first part, valu\u00adable infor\u00adma\u00adtion on ori\u00aden\u00adta\u00adtion is pro\u00advided and in the sec\u00adond part, con\u00adcrete guide\u00adlines for con\u00adcretiza\u00adtion includ\u00ading for\u00admu\u00adla\u00adtion exam\u00adples are offered.
