By sys\u00adtem\u00adat\u00adi\u00adcally record\u00ading, man\u00adag\u00ading and trans\u00adform\u00ading busi\u00adness processes, com\u00adpa\u00adnies can deter\u00admine the sta\u00adtus quo of the exe\u00adcu\u00adtion of activ\u00adi\u00adties, iden\u00adtify prob\u00adlems and poten\u00adtial and make sus\u00adtain\u00adable improve\u00adments. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The OER tandem project of the Universities of G\u00f6ttingen and Osnabr\u00fcck<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n<p>The aim of the project \u201cMeth\u00adods and Tech\u00adnolo\u00adgies for the Dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adiza\u00adtion of Busi\u00adness Processes in the Dig\u00adi\u00adtal Trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion\u201d is to com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsively address the topic of the dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adiza\u00adtion of busi\u00adness processes in com\u00adpa\u00adnies from both a method\u00adolog\u00adi\u00adcal and an appli\u00adca\u00adtion-ori\u00adented man\u00adage\u00adment per\u00adspec\u00adtive, tak\u00ading into account cen\u00adtral prin\u00adci\u00adples and cur\u00adrent trends, and to make it avail\u00adable as Open Edu\u00adca\u00adtional Resources (OER). The aim is to pro\u00advide, test and dis\u00adsem\u00adi\u00adnate an impor\u00adtant build\u00ading block for busi\u00adness stud\u00adies, but also for inter\u00adested par\u00adties from other dis\u00adci\u00adplines and learn\u00aders at uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties. The two tan\u00addem part\u00adners (Uni\u00adver\u00adsity of Osnabr\u00fcck and Uni\u00adver\u00adsity of G\u00f6t\u00adtin\u00adgen) are cre\u00adat\u00ading two com\u00adple\u00admen\u00adtary learn\u00ading units that build on each other and pre\u00adpare the topic in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar for the intro\u00adduc\u00adtory phase of Bach\u00ade\u00adlor\u2019s stu\u00addents in busi\u00adness admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion or busi\u00adness infor\u00admat\u00adics, com\u00adputer sci\u00adence and as key skills for non-busi\u00adness degree pro\u00adgrams.  <\/p>\n\n<p>To this end, a flipped class\u00adroom approach is pur\u00adsued, which con\u00adsists of online learn\u00ading mate\u00adri\u00adals (in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar so-called micro-learn\u00ading videos, self-study tests and exer\u00adcises) and can be sup\u00adple\u00admented by face-to-face exer\u00adcises at the uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties. The pro\u00advi\u00adsion of online learn\u00ading mate\u00adri\u00adals enables easy dis\u00adsem\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion and inte\u00adgra\u00adtion at other uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties. The face-to-face exer\u00adcises are also doc\u00adu\u00admented in hand\u00adouts so that they can also be eas\u00adily inte\u00adgrated at other loca\u00adtions.
