Its courses are aimed at all those inter\u00adested in edu\u00adca\u00adtion and enable them to par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpate in the aca\u00add\u00ade\u00admic debate on socially rel\u00ade\u00advant top\u00adics. <\/p>\n\n<p>By pro\u00advid\u00ading learn\u00ading mate\u00adri\u00adals as OER \u2014 prefer\u00adably under a CC BY or CC BY SA license \u2014 the C3L con\u00adtributes to under\u00adstand\u00ading dig\u00adi\u00adtal edu\u00adca\u00adtional media as open and pub\u00adlic resources in the con\u00adtext of edu\u00adca\u00adtional processes, to using them for life\u00adlong learn\u00ading and to design\u00ading them together. In this way, the C3L makes a sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adtion to edu\u00adca\u00adtional equity and enables all inter\u00adested par\u00adties to engage in self-deter\u00admined learn\u00ading and design their own indi\u00advid\u00adual learn\u00ading paths. <\/p>\n\n<p>The C3L\u2019s OER strat\u00adegy con\u00adtains four cen\u00adtral guid\u00ading prin\u00adci\u00adples.
