This blog post gives you an overview of the aims and con\u00adtent of the OER project \u201cOER for teacher train\u00ading \u2014 strate\u00adgies for het\u00adero\u00adge\u00adneous classes\u201d. The project is funded as part of the MWK OER<\/em> ini\u00adtia\u00adtive for the higher edu\u00adca\u00adtion sec\u00adtor.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n

Due to the man\u00addate of inclu\u00adsion, het\u00adero\u00adge\u00adneous classes are omnipresent in schools today. With a focus on sup\u00adport\u00ading the learn\u00ading and social-emo\u00adtional devel\u00adop\u00adment of learn\u00aders, the project is cre\u00adat\u00ading OER mate\u00adri\u00adals that can be used in future for all teacher train\u00ading courses as optional teach\u00ading and learn\u00ading oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties. They are pri\u00admar\u00adily intended for use in teach\u00ading, but are also suit\u00adable for self-study. <\/p>\n\n

The project devel\u00adops sci\u00aden\u00adtif\u00adi\u00adcally based videos, pod\u00adcasts and texts (\u201cprod\u00aducts\u201d) on var\u00adi\u00adous key top\u00adics (\u201cpack\u00adages\u201d). They sup\u00adport uni\u00adver\u00adsity lec\u00adtur\u00aders in dis\u00adcussing how to suc\u00adcess\u00adfully deal with the com\u00adplex\u00adity of teach\u00ading in an inter\u00addis\u00adci\u00adpli\u00adnary man\u00adner with prospec\u00adtive teach\u00aders. <\/p>\n\n

  3. Learn\u00aders\u2019 needs
    In addi\u00adtion to the tech\u00adni\u00adcal learn\u00ading require\u00adments, learn\u00aders\u2019 social and emo\u00adtional skills must also be taken into account and appro\u00adpri\u00adately sup\u00adported. What needs exist and how can they be iden\u00adti\u00adfied? And how can we meet them?

    An advi\u00adsory team of experts and tri\u00adals with uni\u00adver\u00adsity lec\u00adtur\u00aders, teach\u00ading staff and stu\u00addents guar\u00adan\u00adtee the high qual\u00adity of the prod\u00aducts.<\/p>\n\n
