From indi\u00advid\u00adual small and large state ini\u00adtia\u00adtives such as the OER Con\u00adtent Buf\u00adfet fund\u00ading line in NRW to the pub\u00adli\u00adca\u00adtion of the BMBF\u2019s OER strat\u00adegy in July 2022: the topic has recently received a strong polit\u00adi\u00adcal tail\u00adwind. While Reut\u00adlin\u00adgen Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty\u2019s OER pol\u00adicy was the only one of its kind in Ger\u00admany just a few years ago, there is now a whole list of poli\u00adcies nation\u00adwide that needs to be con\u00adstantly updated. By pub\u00adlish\u00ading and dis\u00adtrib\u00adut\u00ading our sam\u00adple OER pol\u00adicy, uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties have been pro\u00advided with a tem\u00adplate that they can use as a guide when cre\u00adat\u00ading their own poli\u00adcies. The sam\u00adple tem\u00adplate is released with CC Zero and can be used freely and with\u00adout attri\u00adbu\u00adtion, i.e. the text mod\u00adules and struc\u00adture can be adopted unchanged. Many uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties have already used our sam\u00adple tem\u00adplate. We hope that our tem\u00adplate will encour\u00adage even more uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties to dare to cre\u00adate their own OER poli\u00adcies.
