At the OER\u00adcamp, we were able to put for\u00adward a the\u00adsis on how didac\u00adtic meta\u00addata can sus\u00adtain\u00adably improve open uni\u00adver\u00adsity teach\u00ading.<\/p>\n\n

On Wednes\u00adday, 06.03.2024, there was an enter\u00adtain\u00ading net\u00adwork\u00ading event with an evening pro\u00adgram on the topic \u201c10 the\u00adses for the next 10 years of OER<\/strong>\u201d as part of the OER\u00adcamp<\/a>. The occa\u00adsion was the tenth anniver\u00adsary of the Alliance for Open Edu\u00adca\u00adtion<\/a>. The focus of the event, which thrived entirely on the exchange between par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpants, was the ques\u00adtion of what we need in terms of edu\u00adca\u00adtion for an open, dig\u00adi\u00adtal soci\u00adety for the next 10 years? <\/p>\n\n

Ten mem\u00adbers of the B\u00fcnd\u00adnis freie Bil\u00addung, includ\u00ading twillo<\/em>, pre\u00adsented state\u00adments for dis\u00adcus\u00adsion on what prac\u00adti\u00adtion\u00aders of dig\u00adi\u00adtal and open teaching\/learning mate\u00adri\u00adals in Ger\u00adman-speak\u00ading coun\u00adtries would like to see in terms of edu\u00adca\u00adtion for an open, dig\u00adi\u00adtal soci\u00adety over the next 10 years and what plans they them\u00adselves have. The the\u00adses were pre\u00adsented on stage and then dis\u00adcussed lively in three rounds at stand\u00ading tables in the hall with chang\u00ading par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpants. Dis\u00adcus\u00adsion top\u00adics included the impact of AI tools on the cul\u00adture of shar\u00ading, the stronger link between OER and edu\u00adca\u00adtion for sus\u00adtain\u00adable devel\u00adop\u00adment<\/a> and the need for a state-funded Ger\u00adman OER pub\u00adlisher. <\/p>\n\n
