After the results of a sur\u00advey on \u201cDidac\u00adtic meta\u00addata in OER and teach\u00ading por\u00adtals<\/a>\u201d and the \u201cCom\u00adpendium of didac\u00adtic meta\u00addata<\/a>\u201d were pre\u00adsented in quick suc\u00adces\u00adsion a few months ago, the rel\u00ada\u00adtively new \u201cDidac\u00adtic meta\u00addata (higher edu\u00adca\u00adtion)\u201d work\u00ading group has now drawn up an ini\u00adtial interim bal\u00adance. As part of a review con\u00adfer\u00adence sup\u00adported by the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion for Inno\u00adva\u00adtion in Higher Edu\u00adca\u00adtion (StIL), cen\u00adtral approaches and find\u00adings of the work\u00ading group were bun\u00addled, jointly reflected on and fur\u00adther steps dis\u00adcussed in Hanover on Sep\u00adtem\u00adber 10 and 11, 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of a pre-work\u00adshop, the par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpants \u2014 around 25 open edu\u00adca\u00adtion experts and employ\u00adees of OER por\u00adtals \u2014 were hosted by the OER por\u00adtal twillo<\/a> on the premises of the HIS Insti\u00adtute for Higher Edu\u00adca\u00adtion Devel\u00adop\u00adment<\/a> (HIS-HE). After the Man\u00adag\u00ading Direc\u00adtor of HIS-HE, Dr. Grit W\u00fcrm\u00adseer, had famil\u00adiar\u00adized the par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpants with the broad spec\u00adtrum of HIS-HE\u2019s fields of activ\u00adity, Dr. Elke Bosse (HIS-HE) invited them to think fur\u00adther about the cat\u00ade\u00adgory sys\u00adtem of the StIL fund\u00ading projects in an inter\u00adac\u00adtive for\u00admat.
