Then open the <strong>Release<\/strong> option in the header navigation.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.twillo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FAQ-Batch-Freigabe.jpg\"><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-6851 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.twillo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FAQ-Batch-Freigabe-1024x384.jpg\" alt=\"Workspace with various material options and buttons for adding to a collection and releasing materials, marked by red boxes.\" width=\"1024\" height=\"384\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nIn the following window, you now have the option of using the search bar to search specifically for twillo users to whom you can assign the roles of <strong>viewer<\/strong>, <strong>employee<\/strong> or <strong>coordinator<\/strong> (further information on these roles can be found in our FAQ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.twillo.de\/en\/helpcenter\/how-do-i-release-materials-for-specific-users\/\">How do I release materials for specific users?)<\/a> You can use the checkpoints in the <strong>Manage authorizations<\/strong> section to decide whether any existing approvals of your materials should be updated - i.e. supplemented by the previously selected persons - or completely replaced.
